When we release a new set of software, we have found it useful to STAMP the
time and date of each file to the same date, so we wrote STAMP.COM.  Here's
how it works:

Stamp one file to June 1, 1992:
    STAMP FILENAME.TXT 06-01-1992
Which changes the date, but not the time.  To change the time too, add a

second paramater:
    STAMP FILENAME.TXT 06-01-1992 12:00:00

Globals and path names are also valid:
    STAMP B:*.* 06-01-1992 12:00:00     or
    STAMP B:*.TXT 06-01-1992 12:00:00   or
    STAMP C:\UTIL\DOCS\*.DOC 06-01-1992 12:00:00
